Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere, with exceptional service from the receptionist who made sure I was comfortable and a hot shower that was one of the best I've had on any vacation.

I absolutely loved being just a few blocks away from so many great restaurants and parks, like the Shell House Restaurant just a 5-minute walk away and other eateries like Hooters even closer, plus it was super easy to stroll around and enjoy the riverfront and beautiful squares of Savannah which are about a 10-minute drive away; the hotel itself was clean and had good amenities like a breakfast included but it could use some updated furnishings and better housekeeping.

The beds were hard, and the pillows were flat. One of the beds wasn’t level, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The shower had black mold, and the head sprayed water all over the bathroom. Towels were only provided for three people despite four staying in the room. There was a persistent noise from the hallway door, which prevented any restful sleep. We noticed a bad smell, possibly from animal urine. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and maintenance problems. The breakfast offered good options like scrambled eggs and waffles.

The staff's friendliness was a bright spot, and my kids enjoyed the location. everything else was quite the letdown. The shower sprayed everywhere, the beds were hard, and we found trash under one. Only three towels for four people, and a dead roach? That’s disappointing. The hot tub was cold, which was the main reason for staying, and the breakfast choices were limited and unappetizing. A broken elevator and rude front desk interactions made things worse. While it was a decent value, I don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon.

The hotel boasts comfortable beds and an attractive layout, making it easy for road travelers to access. The staff was helpful, showing local knowledge, especially during a challenging time like hurricane season. Breakfast offered enough variety, though it felt inconsistent regarding takeout policies. The bathroom, unfortunately, showed signs of neglect—poor paint and vanity damage detracted from an otherwise upgraded room. While the washer and dryer were in excellent condition, noise from the stairway was disruptive. Although staff service at check-out was lacking, their willingness to accommodate pets was appreciated. A few maintenance issues need addressing, yet I remain open to the possibility of a return visit despite the hiccups.

The property has a lovely outdoor space with a hot tub that's just begging for a good soak. The waffles are a real treat, I could have devoured a mountain of them with a side of pleasant staff to chat with.
The breakfast selection was a serious letdown.

We appreciated the presence of ironing facilities, which came in handy for keeping our clothes wrinkle, free. The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, allowing us to set a comfortable temperature based on our preferences. we were disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. As avid tea drinkers, we missed having the option to make a hot beverage in the comfort of our own room. the sitting area was not very comfortable, lacking proper cushioning or support for relaxation. The soundproofing of the rooms could definitely be improved as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, disrupting our sleep at times. Despite the free toiletries provided, we felt that the quality could have been better as they were basic and not very pleasant to use. the room was equipped with an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat, screen TV, which added convenience and entertainment options during our stay. The parquet floor in the room gave a sleek look but seemed a bit worn in certain areas, showing signs of aging. Housekeeping services were sufficient, but we noticed some lapses in cleanliness, especially in high, traffic areas like the elevator, which appeared sticky and dirty. The laundry facilities were available, but we did not have the chance to utilize them during our short stay. while the room had some useful amenities, there are areas that could be improved. We hope these suggestions are taken into consideration to make future stays more enjoyable.

The check-in process was a nightmare; I had to wait forever, and the staff seemed clueless. Plus, the noise from the hallway made it impossible to sleep. Definitely not worth the money spent!

Great stay with friendly staff. Brittany was super helpful! The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, microwave, and mini fridge. Loved the indoor pool and fitness center. Very pet-friendly with no charges for our two dogs. Convenient location with food and gas nearby. Clean and comfy, perfect for our stopover.

My friends and I had a blast exploring around Motel 6 Savannah and hitting up Savannah Festival Outlet Center. We binged on all the good stuff, got some cool items, and had a hoot and a half. The cozy vibe of the places made it all even more awesome!
It would have been even better if there had been a more hip hangout spot for us youngins to mingle and chill after a long day of fun activities.

Staff was friendly and fast. The pool was clean and had warm water, perfect for a romantic getaway. Great location, only 17 minutes away from downtown. Room was good, offering a comfortable stay.
The heated pool and hot tub were not working, causing a bit of a disappointment during our winter stay. Communication about this issue upon check-in would have been appreciated to adjust our plans.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary continental breakfast served daily. The convenience of being just minutes from downtown shopping and dining opportunities added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

we had a great stay at Red Roof Inn. the staff were exceptional, especially brittany, who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. the location off I-95 was easily accessed. we will for sure be back.
